Effective for all $497–$997 promotional offers delivered via email campaign.
1. What’s Included
- Custom 5-page website (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact, FAQ)
- 1 year of hosting included
- Mobile-responsive design
- Basic SEO setup (titles, meta tags, image alt text)
- One round of revisions prior to final approval
2. Offer Terms
- This offer is valid for 24 hours from the time the promotional email is received.
- Each day, the price increases and the prior rate is no longer available after expiration.
- Only one discounted site per person/business per calendar year.
3. Refund Policy
- Due to the custom nature of this work, all purchases are final and non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You will receive an onboarding form after purchase.
- Client must submit content, images, or confirm template use within 5 business days of purchase.
- Delays longer than 30 days due to non-response may result in the project being archived with no refund.
5. Hosting Renewal
- Hosting is included for the first 12 months.
- After 1 year, hosting will auto-renew at $150/year unless canceled or transferred.
6. Support & Communication
- Email support is provided during the build process.
- Live calls may be scheduled as needed to support delivery.
- Post-launch updates are not included but can be requested for an additional fee or included in a monthly maintenance plan.

Google Business Profile Creation Terms
Effective for all $500 GBP creation services and $100 refundable deposits.
1. Google Business Profile Creation – Terms
- A $100 deposit is required to begin the Google Business Profile (GBP) creation process.
- The deposit is fully refundable if we are unable to successfully publish the profile.
- If the profile is successfully created and verified, the remaining $400 balance is due to complete the service (total cost: $500).
- Google may require verification via postcard, phone, video, or other methods. We will guide you through the process.
- If the profile is rejected due to inaccurate information or violation of Google’s terms (e.g., using a virtual office), the deposit is non-refundable.
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Branding Packages Terms & Conditions
Effective for all branding services purchased through Cairde Designs.
1. Payment Terms
- All branding packages are paid upfront and are non-refundable.
- Payment secures your place in our active project queue.
- Optional add-ons can be purchased separately at any time.
2. Scope & Deliverables
- Each package includes only the features listed on the Cairde Designs website.
- Foundation: 5-page website, Growth: 10-page website, Premium: 20-page website.
- Requests outside the included scope may incur an additional cost.
3. Timelines & Responsibilities
- Foundation: 3–4 weeks, Growth: 4–5 weeks, Premium: 2–3 weeks (priority).
- Clients must provide content, images, approvals, and timely communication.
- Delays in client response may delay project delivery.
4. Revisions & Communication
- All packages include unlimited revisions prior to launch approval.
- We provide unlimited communication via email, text, Loom, or Zoom.
- Post-launch changes are included during the free hosting period.
5. Hosting & Maintenance
- Foundation: 6 months included. Growth: 1 year. Premium: 2 years.
- After the included period, ongoing hosting & updates are $147/month.
6. Copyright & Usage
- All final files and website designs belong to the client after full payment.
- Cairde Designs may showcase completed work unless requested otherwise in writing.
7. Refund Policy
- Due to the custom nature of our work, all purchases are final and non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
8. Liability
- Cairde Designs is not responsible for business losses, delays, or third-party platform issues.
- Project timelines are estimates and may shift based on client participation.

Light Branding Package Terms & Conditions
Effective for all logo and brand identity services purchased through Cairde Designs.
1. Payment Terms
- The $497 light branding package is paid in full upfront and secures your place in our active project queue.
- Additional services such as business cards, social templates, or brand strategy may be purchased separately.
2. Scope & Deliverables
- Includes 3 initial logo concepts, unlimited revisions on one chosen direction, a custom color palette, typography pairings, and a brand reference sheet.
- Final files are delivered in multiple formats (SVG, PNG, PDF) along with a PDF style guide.
- Requests beyond the outlined deliverables may require a separate quote.
3. Timeline & Responsibilities
- Standard turnaround is 1 to 2 weeks once the brand questionnaire is submitted.
- Client must provide prompt feedback, inspiration references (if any), and clear direction during revisions.
- Delays in response may delay final delivery.
4. Revisions & Communication
- Unlimited revisions are offered on the selected logo concept.
- If a completely new concept is requested after a selection is made, it may be treated as a new project.
- We communicate via email, text, Loom, or Google Meet as needed throughout the process.
5. Copyright & Usage
- All final branding assets become the client’s property upon full payment.
- Cairde Designs may showcase final work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We stand behind our work and want you to love your brand.
- If we are unable to arrive at a branding solution you’re genuinely happy with — even after revisions — we will issue a full refund.
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the project start date and before final branding files are delivered.

- Marketing services may include SEO, content creation, Google Business Profile optimization, website updates, paid ad management, and reporting.
- Each agreement or proposal outlines the specific services for a given project or client.
2. Performance and Results
- All strategies are based on industry best practices and current data.
- We do not guarantee specific results such as a set number of leads or revenue generated.
- Performance is tracked through metrics like traffic, visibility, ad reach, and engagement.
3. Lead Generation Disclaimer
- While generating leads may be a goal, no number of leads or sales is guaranteed.
- External factors like sales process, response time, competition, and market demand play a significant role in lead outcomes.
4. Advertising Budget Responsibility
- Clients pay all ad spend directly to the advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
- We manage and optimize campaigns but are not responsible for platform billing or performance guarantees.
- Recommended monthly ad spend is provided based on experience but is not a guarantee of return.
5. Payment Terms
- All services are billed in advance unless stated otherwise in writing.
- A minimum three-month commitment may apply to most recurring services.
- Setup fees are charged once and are non-refundable after work begins.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Services may be canceled after any agreed-upon commitment period with 14 days' notice.
- No refunds will be issued for services already performed or ad spend already deployed.
